*Per person 12 installments for a standard term of August 11, 2027 to July 25, 2028. Includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, unlimited electricity, unlimited water/sewer, community amenities. Annual $300 administrative fee and $30 application fee required. Limited spaces are available for immediate move-in; please inquire with our staff. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
Whole Apartments rates:
*12 installments for a standard term of August 11, 2027 to July 25, 2028. Includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, unlimited electricity, unlimited water/sewer, community amenities. Annual $300 administrative fee and $30 application fee required.Limited spaces are available for immediate move-in; please inquire with our staff. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
*Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1st or 15th of the month, or next business day if the 1st or 15th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15th of a month. Includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, unlimited electricity, unlimited water/sewer, community amenities. Annual $300 administrative fee and $30 application fee required. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
